Ability to Toggle scroll to zoom instead

Add ability to change/toggle scroll wheel to zoom instead of vertical scrolling.

    Hey Curtis! I know exactly what you mean, that CAD-style scroll-to-zoom feels much more natural on a canvas. It’s now added 🎉 You can enable it from Settings → General → Navigation. Thanks for the request!
