Create a Universal Brand and Project Hierarchy

I would like to suggest a stronger organisation system for managing brands, projects, and related whiteboards inside the platform.

A useful structure would be:

1. Universal Brand Layer
A central brand hub where users can store brand DNA, visual identity, tone of voice, audience, products, style references, prompt rules, approved assets, and reusable creative guidelines.

2. Project Layer
Each project should sit under a specific brand and include its own goals, campaign direction, tasks, prompts, outputs, references, files, notes, and production history.

3. Connected Whiteboard Layer
Whiteboards should be linked to a brand or project instead of existing as disconnected boards. This would make research, ideas, strategy, visual references, and workflows much easier to manage.

This would be especially valuable for agencies, creators, consultants, and teams working across multiple brands or client projects.

Right now, work can become fragmented. A clearer hierarchy would make the platform feel more scalable, professional, and easier to use for real brand and campaign production.

    Hi Team,
First, thank you for being so responsive to user feedback. The recent updates are excellent.

I am reaching out to ask if there are any updates regarding the brand dashboard functionality. Currently, when setting an active brand, the system still displays all boards simultaneously instead of filtering them. I expect the interface to only show boards linked to the active brand. Thank you for looking into this.

    Thanks

Or even better, adding here since I get error when I try to edit the first post?

I would like to suggest a stronger workspace hierarchy for managing real brand and campaign production inside the platform.

    A useful structure would be:

    1. Brand Workspace
A central brand hub where users can store brand DNA, visual identity, tone of voice, audience, products, approved assets, style references, prompt rules, and reusable creative guidelines.

    2. Brand Data Room
Each brand should have its own asset library for logos, product files, reference images, briefs, PDFs, videos, campaign materials, and research documents. These assets should be reusable across all projects and whiteboards connected to that brand.

    3. Project Hub
Each project should sit under a specific brand and include campaign goals, strategy, tasks, prompts, generated outputs, notes, references, and production history.

    4. Connected Whiteboards
Whiteboards should be linked to a brand or project, not exist as disconnected boards. This would keep research, creative direction, visual references, workflows, and outputs connected in one structured system.

This would make the platform much more useful for agencies, consultants, creators, and teams managing multiple brands or client projects. Right now, work can become fragmented. A clearer hierarchy would make the product feel more scalable, professional, and ready for real production workflows.
