Feature Request

Add a thorough knowledge base to help new users find answers to questions when help is not immediately available through chat. There is a link to a Help Center from within BrainBoards, but nothing happens when clicking it.

    Meanwhile the support chat at the bottom right corner is working, we are actively available there to help you out.
